The third edition of International Collage Exhibition organized by Retroavangarda is coming very soon. This year’s edition will see twice as many participants as last year’s event. This time we will be presenting 155 artists from 32 countries. The artists include mainly renowned names in the field of collage art but there will also be some talented artists of younger generation, right at the beginning of their artistic careers. Some of the participants will be presenting their pieces in Europe for the first time. The exhibition in Retroavangarda Gallery will present traditional collages of different sizes, made not only on paper but also planks, canvases as well as spatial 3D collages – assemblages, which make use of various unusual materials. The exhibition will be a very interesting and unique one, an overview of styles from different parts of the world in contemporary collage art.
