CODA Paper Art è una mostra internazionale che si svolge al CODA Museum Apeldoorn, in Olanda, con artisti e designers che utilizzano la carta o il cartone come materiale primario per creare le loro opere.

Carta e cartone sono materiali relativamente semplici e abbastanza a buon mercato che, in combinazione con tecniche tradizionali e moderne e l’ispirazione dell’artista, mostrano le loro infinite possibilità e potenzialità espressive in modi sconcertanti e dinamici, ma a volte anche in modi commoventi e sottili. Dopo una edizione di grande successo nel 2013, CODA Museum Apeldoorn presenta CODA Paper Art 2015, una mostra che offre ampio spazio – sia letteralmente che metaforicamente – per le installazioni, le opere spaziali e gioielli appositamente selezionati di 36 artisti provenienti da Paesi Bassi e all’estero e il cui lavoro è centrata intorno carta e cartone.

CODA Paper Art 2015 | 07.06 t/m 25.10.2015 CODA Paper Art is an international exhibition at CODA Museum Apeldoorn, the Netherlands with art and jewelry created by visual artists and designers that focus on paper and cardboard in their work.

Paper and cardboard are relatively simple and fairly cheap materials that, combined with traditional and modern techniques and the artist’s inspiration, show their endless possibilities and expressive power in staggering and dynamic but sometimes also moving and subtle ways. After a highly successful edition in 2013, CODA Museum Apeldoorn presents CODA Paper Art 2015, an exhibition that provides ample space – both literally and figuratively – for the installations, spatial works and specially selected jewellery of 36 artists from the Netherlands and abroad whose work is centred around paper and cardboard.
